Tasting notes : Pale pink in color with purple highlights. Aromas are as crisp and crystalline as the high mountain air, with notes of red fruit, ozone, and licorice. The palate is dominated by a minerally-rich acidity, sparkling and sharp, yet balanced by the softness of the fruit and the aromatic richness that only the unique terroir of the left bank of the Secchia River can provide. The finish, with almost spicy aromas, unfolds without ever losing its tension.
